With 600 exhibitors from 35 nations, AERO is the largest European trade fair for general aviation. This year it opened its doors and gates in Friedrichshafen for almost 33,000 visitors from 19 to 22 April.

The Media Spectrum team has been planning and designing exhibition stands for well-known companies from the global aviation industry for 20 years. This year, too, we were able to support our customers on a total of 12 exhibition stands with our full service and our exhibition stand construction expertise in close cooperation with them.

In addition to conceptual design, our services also included planning and implementation in the technical trades of stand construction, rigging, trussing, lighting, sound, video and media technology.

Our 30-strong team managed the construction and dismantling as well as the event logistics at Messe Friedrichshafen over a period of almost 20 production days. This required 12 articulated lorries to transport the extensive amount of technical equipment and stand construction materials as well as furniture to their destination.

We are already looking forward to the next AERO, where we will again be able to provide support as a full-service provider.
