Last week, the AVIXA Women’s Council held its first presence event at the Lang Academy in Lindlar, Germany. Besides networking, the event was mainly dedicated to the topics of equality, diversity and the promotion of young talent. The aim of the AVIXA Women’s Council DACH Community is to strengthen and develop the position of women and minorities in the AV industry. Because in the event industry every single person is welcome and the event industry is colourful!
