In 2012, Media Spectrum expanded its training programme to include the profession of event management assistant.

In addition to the company’s technical apparatus, we were now also able to lay the foundations for seamlessly promoting young talent from within our own ranks in the commercial sector.

We are particularly proud of our colleague Kathrin Bartyla, who was our first trainee in this profession. Kathrin has remained loyal to us to this day and is an important part of our team.

In the same year, Media Spectrum hired its 20th employee.
