We have been a member of fwd: since the end of last year and are delighted to be able to pass on our expertise and knowledge in the production and exhibition sector and benefit from the extremely strong network within the association. We stand for working together instead of against each other and want to make our contribution to the further development of the event industry and play an active role in shaping it.

The fwd is committed to recognising our industry in politics and society in order to secure its future and represent its diversity.

In 2021, the former FAMAB (Trade Association for Exhibition and Event Marketing) laid the foundation for today’s fwd: Bundesvereinigung Veranstaltungswirtschaft e.V. This further development means that the association is now in a position to represent the entire German event industry and its diverse interests more comprehensively.

We look forward to knowledge transfer, networking and great cooperation.
